This retreat has been designed to return you to your natural, vibrant self by diving into pristine nature. Nature is medicine for the heart & soul, and so we will be immersing ourselves in Mother Nature’s 5 Elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Spirit. We will practice grounding Yin yoga and energising Vinyasa flow Yoga, along with workshops on specific asana, breathwork techniques and meditation practices.
