YC Lotus Yoga practices are fundamental to achieving greater results in the practice of Yoga in its entirety.


These particular YC Lotus Yoga practices were created specifically for different types of situations, problems, or topics related to Yoga. There are practices that are specific to the joints, or practices that focus on the elements, and yet others that aim to bring general and/or specific benefit to the practitioner in a specific moment of the day. These practices are useful and can be practised at all levels from the student to the experienced teacher.
