Sup Yoga has the effect of releasing the daily stresses & tensions as you are immersed by the healing power of nature.
As a practitioner you discover balance & core strength and receive a full body workout.
Yamuna is a certified Suprana Yoga teacher and has been teaching out on the Indian ocean mainly in Goa India.
She has conducted private classes as well as group excursions guiding visualisations, meditations & Yoga sequences on the paddleboard in the water.
